1. Information on how to redeem this offer forms a part of these terms and conditions.

The promotion is valid in respect of selected Smeg-branded products only purchased from an authorised dealer displaying advertising for the promotion in store during the promotional period listed below. These selected items are SMEG built-in ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, freestanding cookers and dishwashers
5. The offer is available to retail sales only and is not available to any project, new homes sales, or purchases of products that are factory seconds or purchased from auctions.
6. Customer must purchase the selected Smeg-branded products during the following promotional period. Smeg-branded goods must be paid in full by close of promotion:

7. In order to redeem the offer the purchase must be made in one instance, from an authorised SMEG dealer. The offer is limited to one redemption per purchase.
8. The promotion may end earlier should stocks of the offered products not be available.
9. To claim, customers must complete the online registration form and either upload or post A COPY OF ITEMISED INVOICE AND FULLY-PAID RECEIPT, VERIFYING THEIR PURCHASE. Proof of purchase must clearly show qualifying products purchased, the purchase price and date of purchase.
10. Copy of the itemised invoice and fully-paid receipt can be provided in either of the following ways:
i. scan and upload during the registration process or by logging in here; or
ii. scan and email to email@example.com; or
iii. photocopy and post to:

11. The claim registration annd copy of fully-paid receipt, must be received by Smeg Australia Pty Ltd ON OR BEFORE 12:00AM 30 April 2018. STRICTLY NO REDEMPTIONS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THIS DATE.
12. Once the claim has been received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org , will be sent stating whether or not the redemption offer has been successful. Please allow 3 weeks for this notification. Once the offer has been redeemed there will be no refunds available on the purchased items. Please allow twelve (12) weeks from the date of redemption confirmation by the promoter for delivery to redeemer’s nominated delivery address. The product will be delivered to anywhere within Australia and no goods will be held after the twelve (12) week delivery period.
13. Employees and families of the promoter and its agencies associated are ineligible.
14. Personal shoppers only. Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
15. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer with an alternative offer or product of equal or greater value.
16. The value of the product offered is at its recommended retail price. The promoter accepts no variation in the value of the offer.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the redemption process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
